John Bilton has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. John is currently the Director Western Noke Sales at Janus International, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the West Region Sales Manager at the same company starting in 2018.

Before joining Janus International, John was the President of JB Enterprises Inc. from 2016 onwards.

From 2014 to 2016, John worked as the Vice President of Sales (Executive Team Member) at THB-INC. During their tenure, they led the reconstruction of the entire sales force, both inside and outside sales, and played a significant role in redefining the company's culture. Additionally, they were involved in rebuilding the company's website and e-commerce platform and played a key role in writing and negotiating customer-based contracts.

From 2009 to 2014, John served as the Vice President of Client Services and Marketing at Centershift. In this role, they were responsible for sales and marketing, as well as new business development and strategic partnerships.

Earlier in their career, John worked as the President of Rocky Mountain Agency from 2004 to 2008, as the Director of Channel Sales Americas at 3Com Corporation from 1998 to 2005, and as the Western Regional Sales Manager at US Robotics from 1995 to 2000.

John started their career as a Regional Sales Manager at Wordperfect Corporation from 1990 to 1992.

John Bilton earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Brigham Young University. John attended this university from 1981 to 1990.
