Mikael Buch Smedegaard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and technology. Currently, Mikael serves as Co-founder and COO/CTO at Januar since April 2021. Prior roles include Senior Management Consultant at Implement Consulting Group from August 2018 to March 2021, and a progression of positions at Novo Nordisk from September 2011 to August 2018, culminating in the role of Senior Global Project Manager in Strategic Operations. Mikael began their career at IBM, working from August 2005 to April 2011, including as part of the Project Management Office. Educational qualifications include a Master's from The London School of Economics and Political Science in Money & Banking, an MSc in Information Management from Aarhus University, and additional Master's courses at Bond University and Copenhagen Business School.
