Enkelmond Ng has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Assistant Manager at Janu since December 2023. Prior to this role, Enkelmond held various positions at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, including Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, and Manager in Training in the Food & Beverage Division from July 2013 to December 2023. Enkelmond's career began as a Pastry Trainee at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in early 2012, following a tenure as a Pastry Cook at Mandarin Oriental, Macau from September 2010 to December 2011. Educationally, Enkelmond holds a Bachelor of Tourism Event Management and a Higher Diploma in Tourism Event Management from the Institute for Tourism Studies, complemented by a high school degree from Escola Católica Estrela Do Mar.
