Stephen Janson is the President of Janson Media, Inc., a position they have held since December 1989. Prior to this, Stephen was a freelance writer and editor for food and travel features, as well as a staff restaurant reviewer for Goodlife Magazine, Fine Dining Magazine, and other lifestyle publications. From January 1986 to August 1989, Stephen served as Vice President for Cortech Communications, responsible for sales and marketing of the Wombat Film & Video educational film catalog to schools, public libraries, colleges and universities, media centers and other non-profit institutions. Stephen also launched the Brighton Home Video label during their time with Cortech Communications. From January 1978 to February 1985, Stephen worked as an account executive for Janson, Ladonne, Ross & Subbiondo, Inc., where they were responsible for sales for New York-based manufacturers in the housewares and hardware industries.
Stephen Janson's educational career includes a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Georgetown University as well as a high school diploma from Bergen Catholic High School.
