Kim Janina Guddat is a UX-Productdesigner at Janitza electronics GmbH since February 2023. Prior to this role, Kim worked as a Front-End-Entwicklerin at Bosch Thermotechnik GmbH from May 2021 to January 2023, where responsibilities included developing UX concepts for digitalization projects in manufacturing, creating design drafts, and implementing web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with the Angular Framework. Kim's academic focus included a bachelor thesis titled “UX-Aspekte in der Entwicklung einer Personalplanungssoftware,” which involved designing a UX concept and prototype, alongside usability testing. Kim gained early experience as a Praktikantin in the Bosch Production System at Bosch Thermotechnik and served as a student assistant in Usability Engineering at Hochschule Fulda while pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Digitale Medien from October 2018 to January 2022.
