Serafima Zykova began their work experience in August 2014 at Engate LLC, where they worked as a Software Developer until May 2019. In December 2019, they joined Janea Systems as a Software Engineer, and they have been working there since then.

Serafima Zykova attended Kazan State University from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained a degree in Speciality. Their field of study was Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics.
