Pierce Ellison has a diverse work experience that spans different industries. Pierce started their career in 2018 as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. From there, in 2020, they became a Cultivation Technician at INSA. In 2020, Pierce joined Elev8 Cannabis, where they held multiple roles, including Budtender, Store Manager, and eventually Director of Operations. Currently, Pierce is working at Jane Technologies, Inc. as a Brand Success Representative, starting in April 2022.

Pierce Ellison completed a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance with a focus on Trumpet at Texas Tech University from 2014 to 2018. Subsequently, they pursued further education at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they obtained a Master of Music in Performance with a specialization in Trumpet from 2018 to 2020.
