Piotr Banasik is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and architecture, currently serving as the Group Architect for the Platform & Enablement Group at Jane.app since June 2018. Previously, Piotr held roles including Engineering Manager for Infrastructure and Principal Software Engineer, contributing significantly to the development of Jane's deployment platform. Piotr co-founded Thena and served as CTO, and has also held engineering leadership positions at IMRE.ca, IMHR.io, and PayrollHero.com, where foundational codebases and systems were developed. Earlier in the career, Piotr progressed from an entry-level engineer to leading engineering efforts at Ubertor.com, overseeing significant transitions towards cloud-based solutions. Education includes a Computer Systems Diploma from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
