Michael Rances is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in information technology and managerial roles. Currently serving as IT Manager and previously as a Senior Information Technology Administrator and Information Technology Administrator at Jane App since January 2021, Michael has developed expertise in managing IT operations and team leadership. Prior experience at Apple from March 2010 to January 2021 as a Genius involved troubleshooting, technical advising, and training new hires, while ensuring excellent customer service. Earlier work as World Sales Leader at Toys"R"Us from June 2005 to September 2010 focused on operational management and sales strategies. Michael Rances holds formal education from Douglas College.
