Derek Burton-Marrocco is an experienced professional with a diverse background in product support, logistics, and sales across multiple industries. Currently a Product Specialist and Customer Support Professional at Jane.app since July 2021, Derek previously served as a Shipping & Warehouse Supervisor at Emblem Corp., where responsibilities included overseeing shipping activities and ensuring compliance with GMP standards. With prior roles as a Shopify Guru and Inside Sales Account Manager at Kane Veterinary Supplies, as well as experience in logistics and warehouse management, Derek has a strong foundation in inventory management and customer service. Derek holds a degree in Environmental Technician from Fleming College, supplemented by field experience as a Hydro Geologic Survey Technician.
