Ajay Kanwal is the Managing Director & CEO at Jana Small Finance Bank. Ajay has over two decades of experience in banking, and has previously served as the Regional CEO for ASEAN and South Asia at Standard Chartered Bank, the CEO of Taiwan Standard Chartered Bank, and the Head of Consumer Banking for Southeast Asia, Singapore, and Thailand.

Ajay Kanwal has a Master of Management Studies in Marketing from the Prin. L N Welingkar Institute of Management Research and Development in Mumbai University. Ajay also has a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering College in Aurangabad.
