Madalena Conti has over 18 years of experience in the beauty industry. Madalena began their career in 2002 as a Cosmetics Business Manager for CHANEL, where they managed a day-to-day counter business totaling $500,000 and supervised and trained a staff of five beauty advisors. In 2003, they took on the role of Regional Makeup Artist for Trish McEvoy. From 2005 to 2011, they worked as a Sales Representative/ Resident Makeup Artist for LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics, selling skincare, makeup, and fragrances via demonstrations and customer education programs, as well as training in-store Beauty advisors on skincare, makeup, and fragrance products. From 2011 to 2016, they worked as an Outside Sales Consultant for glo Professional Brands, selling specialty skincare, mineral makeup, and body care products containing pharmaceutical grade ingredients to physicians, aestheticians, and medical spas. Most recently, from 2016 to 2020, they were a Capital Sales Manager for The HydraFacial Company. Currently, they are a Senior Account Development Manager for Jan Marini Skin Research.

Madalena Conti obtained a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Queens College.
