Jodi Sprosty has over 18 years of sales and management experience in the beauty and healthcare industries. Jodi began their career in 2003 with Veritiv (formerly xpedx and International Paper Company) as a Sales Manager and was promoted to National Sales Manager in 2007. During their tenure, they collaborated with merchant management team to create and implement a West Coast small order program, transitioning $480k of incremental gross profit dollars to the stores division. Jodi also drove B2B new sales acquisition teams across the Western United States, overseeing 22 sales representatives generating $27M in sales and $6M in gross margin. In 2018, Sprosty joined G.M. COLLIN - Laboratoires Dermo-Cosmetik as Regional Sales Manager, West. Jodi instituted a performance-based culture with defined success metrics and sales strategies, realizing double digit revenue growth each quarter. Jodi also expanded a remote sales team covering the Western half of the U.S. Currently, Sprosty is the Southwest Region Sales Manager at Jan Marini Skin Research.
