Kris Vlaeminck is an experienced project manager specializing in dredging and civil works, currently employed at Jan De Nul since February 2005. In this role, Kris oversees offshore projects for oil and gas clients, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual requirements while managing project execution and budget. Key achievements include subsea rock installation, trench dredging across extensive distances and varied water depths, and supervising project logistics. Previously, Kris served as Works Manager at Jan De Nul, focusing on project start-up and engineering deliverables, and as Marine Coordinator at BESIX, managing marine equipment and vessel operations for LNG terminal construction. Kris began a career in management as Asphalt Superintendent at Adiel Maes N.V. and holds a Master of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Katholieke Hogeschool Brugge-Oostende.
