As Co-Founder of Trovato Schrage Selections from December 2016 to August 2023, Seth specialized in content management and Amazon Seller Central administration. Seth founded a consultancy, Seth Schrage Food Business Development, focusing on labor strategy and menu development for restaurants and snack food producers. Additional experience includes recipe development for Mi Niña Tortilla Chips, an analyst role at Foodtec Solutions, and various cooking positions at multiple restaurants, with significant contributions to R&D and charcuterie programs.
