Lincy Madassery Poulose currently serves as a Project Control Officer at RBC, a role held since January 2024. In addition, Lincy holds the position of League Ambassador at JAM, engaging with players to enhance their game experience since September 2022. Previous experiences include working as a Food Clerk at Loblaw Companies Limited and serving as an Associate Product Manager at Mozilor Technologies Pvt Ltd, where Lincy focused on product support and user experience improvements for a WooCommerce plugin. Lincy's background also includes roles as a Product Specialist at GigsBoard India and a Junior Executive Solution Support at Odyssey Technologies, contributing to document management and product testing. Lincy completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Loyola-ICAM College of Engineering and Technology and is currently pursuing further education at Lambton College.
