David Maroti is currently the Vice President of Asset Management at Jamestown. Prior to this, David was a Masters Candidate at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, with a graduate thesis focusing on Distress College Campus Assets. David also worked as a Real Estate Consultant at Akerman LLP and as a Real Estate Development Analyst at Newark Community Economic Development Corporation. David holds a Masters degree in Real Estate Development with a concentration in Finance & Investment from MIT, and an Engineer's Degree in Systems Science and Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
