Michael Ready is an experienced sales and marketing leader specializing in government accounts, with a career spanning over three decades in the agricultural equipment industry. Currently serving as the Government Sales & Marketing Leader at James River Equipment since August 2022, Michael previously held the same title at Quality Equipment, LLC from November 2020 to July 2022. Michael's significant tenure at John Deere from February 1990 to October 2020 included various leadership roles such as General Sales Manager for U.S. Government Accounts, where responsibilities included leading sales growth and developing contract strategies resulting in over 75 state and federal contracts.
