Rodney Franklin is an experienced Information Technology professional with a background in technical support and computer assistance. Currently serving as an Information Technology Support Analyst at James Hardie Building Products since March 2021, Rodney previously worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Crate and Barrel from October 2020 to March 2021, and held various roles including Personal Computer Support Specialist and Tech Support Specialist at Moose International, Inc. from November 2014 to April 2020. Rodney holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Information Technology from Marian University of Fond du Lac, obtained between 2004 and 2009, and a High School Diploma from Marquette University High School, completed in 2004.
