Rajat Mathpal is a Continuous Improvement Engineer at James Hardie since June 2021, having previously held positions as Quality Engineer II, Quality Engineer I, and Associate Engineer within the company. Prior experience includes roles as a Production Engineering Co-Op in both the Ammonia and Phenol Plants at AdvanSix from August 2018 to December 2019. Rajat also served as a General Chemistry Studio Instructor and a Student Tutor, as well as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Virginia Tech from July 2017 to May 2019. Rajat's professional journey began with a Summer Internship at GAIL (India) Limited in June 2017. Rajat holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech, completed in 2021.
