Nicholas Favier, GSP, currently serves as the Corporate EHS Manager at Polyglass USA, Inc. / Mapei Group since May 2023. Prior to this role, Nicholas held the position of Corporate Environmental Compliance Manager at Jensen Precast from August 2022 to May 2023 and worked as the Western Nevada Safety Coordinator at Ormat Nevada Inc. from June 2011 to August 2022, overseeing safety and compliance for multiple states. Nicholas also served as the Western Nevada / OREG Safety Coordinator at Ormat Technologies, Inc. during the same period and was the Project Safety Manager at TIC- The Industrial Company from June 2008 to June 2011. Educationally, Nicholas holds a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health and an Associate's degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University, along with an Associate's degree in Fire Science/Fire-fighting from the TMCC - Northern Nevada Fire/Rescue Academy.
