Alec Lawler currently serves as the Executive Compensation Manager at James Hardie since November 2023. Prior to this role, Alec gained extensive experience at Abbott from September 2018 to November 2023, holding various positions including Compensation Consultant, Senior Specialist in Executive Compensation, Compensation Specialist in Equity Administration, and Talent Deployment Specialist in Global Mobility. Alec's professional journey began with an internship in Constituent Services at the Office of Governor Mark Dayton from September 2017 to November 2017, and earlier experience includes a Development Internship at Dominium from September 2016 to December 2016. Alec holds a degree from Carleton College, attended from 2014 to 2018, and completed high school education at Shanghai American School from 2010 to 2014.
