Grant Wotherspoon is an experienced recruitment professional specializing in the Civil and Structural Engineering sector, currently serving as Divisional Director and Principal Recruitment Consultant at James Gray Recruitment since January 2021. With a focus on recruiting top-tier civil and structural design engineers across the UK, Grant collaborates with leading engineering consultancy firms to source talent at all levels.
