James Leano is a Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney with extensive experience in personal injury and insurance defense. Currently serving at James E. Leano, PA since September 2011, James specializes in representing individuals injured due to negligence, including automobile accidents and PIP matters throughout Florida. Previously, James opened the Miami office for the personal lines division of AIG staff counsel at the Law Offices of Brown & Leano, where responsibilities included mentoring attorneys and managing a high-stakes caseload. Prior roles include staff attorney at the Law Offices of Maria E. Trenzado for GEICO, handling automobile insurance defense, and serving as an Assistant State Attorney in the 4th Judicial Circuit, where James prosecuted various criminal offenses.
