Sedra Charap, CAPS, NPCC, has extensive experience in property management and related roles. Most recently, they served as the Director of Property Management at JDC Management, LLC, starting in October 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Regional Property Manager at the same company from June 2019 to October 2021.

Before joining JDC Management, LLC, Sedra worked at The Sterling Group as a Property Manager from November 2018 to May 2019. Sedra also served as a Regional Property Manager at CF Real Estate Services LLC from February 2018 to October 2018.

Earlier in their career, Sedra worked as a Senior Regional Property Manager - Southeast at VTT Management from February 2014 to November 2017. Sedra Charap, CAPS, NPCC has a diverse education history. Sedra obtained a SC Property Management License - PMIC from The Charleston Trident Association of Realtors in 1989. In 2005, they earned a CAPS Certification from the National Apartment Association, specializing as a Certified Apartment Property Supervisor. In 2014, they acquired a Certified Pool/Spa Operator Certification from the National Swimming Pool Foundation. Sedra also holds additional certifications, including an NPCC Certification from Novogradac & Company LLP, obtained in June 2022, and a CAPS Certification from the National Apartment Association.
