Sarah O'Reilly, M.S., CPRP, currently serves as Operations Manager for Cultural & Natural Resource Management at James City County, a role held since April 2017, where Sarah oversees park operations, implements educational programs, manages staff and volunteers, and collaborates with various stakeholders. Sarah has also held the position of Program Coordinator for both Freedom Park and Sports and Outdoors, focusing on community engagement and event management. Additionally, Sarah serves as Head Coach for the ECNL RL 2011G Elite team at Virginia Reign Football Club and functions as a USSF Referee for the United States Soccer Federation. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Sports and Recreation Management from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in Geology and Environmental Science from James Madison University.
