Shamar Rose-Jones is a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with experience at Jamaica Customs Agency since March 2023. Previously, Shamar worked at the Ministry of Finance and the Public Service of Jamaica from September 2018 to June 2023 as a Solutions Architect for the Enterprise Content Management Project, where responsibilities included analyzing business requirements, developing configuration rules, managing project risks, and overseeing system integrity. Prior roles at Jamaica Customs Agency included serving as an Enterprise Content Management Process Administrator and Workstation Engineer, as well as early positions in customer service and technical support. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Computer Based Management Information Systems from The University of the West Indies and a Bachelor of Science in Information and Communication Technology from the Vocational Training Development Institute.
