Rafael Randy Cardoso Garcia has worked as a Full Stack Developer at Jalasoft since August 2022. In this role, they have used various tools such as Visual Studio, Eclipse, and Postman for web application development and testing. Rafael Randy has also demonstrated proficiency in version control using Git and GitHub.

Prior to their role at Jalasoft, Rafael was actively involved as a Volunteer at Rotaract club Cochabamba D-4690 since June 2014. During their time there, they held positions such as Vice President, Rotaract Consultant for Interact, and President of the professional development committee.

Additionally, Rafael completed a Software Developer Internship at Fundación Jala from February 2022 to July 2022. In this role, they worked on a project called Applicant Tracking, utilizing tools such as VS code, Visual Studio, and IntelliJ, as well as frameworks like React JS and Spring Boot. Rafael Randy implemented new features, generic components, and independent functionalities within the project.

Rafael Randy Cardoso Garcia pursued a Licenciatura in Ingenieria mecatrónica from Universidad Católica Boliviana from 2015 to 2021. In addition, they obtained various certifications, including the Google Generative AI Learning Path from Google in July 2023, the Jalasoft Certified Software Development Professional (Dev) from Jalasoft in October 2022, and the Learn Ethical Hacking From A-Z: Beginner To Expert Course from Udemy in September 2021. Rafael Randy also acquired certifications in Aprende SCRUM, Conviértete en desarrollador web full-stack, Desarrollo web: Control de calidad automatizado, GitHub para programadores, JavaScript avanzado: Buenas prácticas, JavaScript avanzado: Expresiones regulares, JavaScript esencial, MySQL esencial, Fundamentos del desarrollo web: Full Stack o Front-end, and Foundations: Data, Data, Everywhere from LinkedIn and Google between June 2021 and April 2021.
