Luis Paulo Terán Pérez has a diverse range of work experience. Luis Paulo started their career as a Practicante BSS Engineer at Tigo Bolivia in 2011. From there, they worked as an engineer at Mercy's Servicios de Ingeniería, where they served as a Team Leader for Benchmarking, a Capacitador de Personal, and an Ingeniero de Campo. Luis Paulo then joined Tracer I.T. as an Ingeniero de Proyectos before moving on to Ingenio Azucarero San Aurelio S.A. as an Encargado de Proyectos Especiales.

In 2020, Luis worked as an Android Developer, and in 2021, they had an internship at Fundación Jala, where they gained experience with tools such as Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, and SQL Server Management Studio. Luis Paulo also worked on frameworks such as .NET Framework and ReactJS.

Currently, Luis works as a Software Development Engineer at Jalasoft, where they are involved in feature implementation, customizations, enhancements, and troubleshooting complex areas of major modules in the application. Luis Paulo utilizes various tools such as Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, SQL Server Management Studio, and pgAdmin. Moreover, they have experience with frameworks like .NET Framework, ReactJS, and Vue.js. Additionally, they have worked with third-party platforms such as Azure Dev Platform and AWS Platform. Version control is done using Git and Azure DevOps Repos, and project management is handled through Azure DevOps.

Luis Paulo Terán Pérez's education history includes a Grado en Ingeniería in Ingeniería de telecomunicaciones from Universidad Católica Boliviana, which they obtained from 2004 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachillerato at Colegio Loyola from 1992 to 2003. Alongside their education, Luis has also obtained several certifications.
