Diego Claure Ortuño has a diverse work experience. Diego started their career as a Systems Administrator at Cablebol in 2007. Later, they joined Jalasoft in 2008 as a Quality Engineer and worked in that role until 2013. In 2011, they briefly worked as a Teacher at UCATEC. Following that, they joined Nubisio, Inc in 2013 as a Quality Engineer. In 2014, Diego joined Thomson Reuters as a QA Engineer. Finally, in 2015, they returned to Jalasoft as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer Lead.

Diego Claure Ortuño completed their education in a chronological sequence. From 2002 to 2008, they attended UMSS (Universidad Mayor de San Simón) and earned a degree in Electronic Engineering with a specialization in Telecommunications. During 2006 to 2008, they also studied at Teckne and obtained a degree in CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) with a focus on System, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management/Manager.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Diego Claure Ortuño has also obtained various certifications. In June 2020, they completed several courses on LinkedIn, including "Delegating Tasks," "Fred Kofman y la gestión de conflictos," "Leading Productive Meetings," "Lenguaje no verbal para líderes," "Make the Move from Individual Contributor to Manager," "New Manager Foundations," and "Onboarding New Hires as a Manager." Furthermore, they completed a course on "Cómo ser más asertivo" in May 2020, also through LinkedIn.
