Martin Hoffstein has worked in various roles in the past decade. From 2010 to 2012, they were a Sales Manager at Choice Home Warranty, where they developed their skills for professional emails and over the phone selling techniques. In 2012, they were a Financial Advisor at ING Financial Partners. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Project Manager & Sales Executive at BlueSwitch, where they managed web development and marketing projects and guided a team of managers. From 2012 to 2016, they were Head of Global Brand Partnerships, VP of Business Development, and Director of Merchandising at Fancy.com, where they trained and managed a six-person purchasing team, oversaw tens of millions of dollars in annual sales, and launched a box subscription service. Finally, from 2016 to 2017, they were Director of Brand Partnerships and Head of Brand Development at Spring Inc., where they were responsible for new business development, enterprise brand acquisition, tactical planning, and profit growth. Martin secured and developed new strategic partnerships with over 900 brands, resulting in the increase of product supply by 250k+ and incoming GMV in excess of over $50m. In 2017, they also Co-Founded JAJA Spirits.
Martin Hoffstein obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from City University of New York - Baruch College - Zicklin School of Business in 2012. Martin studied Finance and Investments during their time there. Additionally, they studied Finance, Communication, and Business Management at Baruch College from 2008 to 2012. In 2011, they attended Lorenzo De' Medici and studied Marketing and Intercultural Communication. In 2012, they obtained a Life and Health Insurance certification from NAIC and a FINRA Series 7 certification from FINRA.
