Colleen Raymonda, SHRM-CP, serves as the Director of Human Resources at Jai Medical Systems Managed Care Organization, Inc. since October 2015. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Selling Manager at Talbots, where Colleen focused on brand loyalty and managing outreach events, and multiple positions at Target, including Executive Team Lead - Guest Experience and Senior Team Lead - Softlines, where Colleen excelled in team management and store operations, achieving significant sales goals. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Clemson University and is currently pursuing a Strategic Human Resources Leadership Certificate from Cornell University.
