Steve Iley currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer for Health Safety and Wellbeing at Jaguar Land Rover, a position held since July 2018, where accountability includes overseeing the global occupational health and safety of over 40,000 employees across 127 countries. Previous roles include Medical Director for UK Customer at Bupa, managing clinical delivery for UK PMI services, and Medical Director of Health Services at AXA PPP healthcare, where responsibilities encompassed budget management and client support for health and wellbeing services. Additional experience includes roles at British Airways, International SOS, and various medical positions prior to specialization in occupational health. Steve Iley holds an MB ChB in Medicine from the University of Bristol.
