Ian S. Grayson has extensive experience in professional services operations, currently serving as Senior Director of Global Professional Services Operations and previously as Customer Engagement Operations Director at JAGGAER since July 2020. Prior roles at JAGGAER (formerly SciQuest) include Director of Professional Services and Senior Manager of Professional Services from January 2017 to July 2020, along with Senior Manager of Customer Support from July 2012 to October 2016. Grayson also held several leadership positions at Capitol Broadband Support Services, Mackay Communications, Bandwidth.com, Amdocs, DSL.net, IBM Global Services, and Interpath Communications, demonstrating a strong background in operational management and customer support. Grayson earned a BA in Political Science from North Carolina State University between 1991 and 1995.
