Nicolas Gloor is an accomplished professional in the automation and customer support sectors with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as Team Leader Customer Support and holding multiple titles including Senior Automation Support Engineer and Automation Project Manager at JAG Jakob AG since May 2019, Nicolas has played a key role in the development of software solutions for the Pharma-Biontech Anlagen. Prior to this, Nicolas worked at Wenk AG as Servicetechniker Elektro SAV and completed diverse temporary assignments in automation and electrical installation at 4insiders. A former member of the Schweizer Armee, Nicolas held the position of Unteroffizier Infanterie. Nicolas began their career with an apprenticeship as Automatiker EFZ at Agie Charmilles. Education includes an Eidg. dipl. Techniker HF in Automation from hftm Höhere Fachschule Technik Mittelland, completed between 2018 and 2021.
