Uroosa Meraj serves as the Chief People Officer at Jaffer Brothers (Pvt) Limited since January 2023. Previously, Uroosa held the position of Head of HR & Corporate Communication at DKT Pakistan, where responsibilities included strategic staffing, recruiting, and retention initiatives. Uroosa's extensive experience in human resource management spans roles such as Sr. Executive HRBP & OD Lead at Sanofi, where significant contributions included enhancing the onboarding experience and launching a coaching program. Additional experience includes GM HRBP at K-Electric, Head of HR & Administration at Education Fund for Sindh and Greenstar Social Marketing Pakistan, and Assistant Manager HR Projects at Aga Khan University. Uroosa Meraj holds a Master’s degree in English Language and Literature from Karachi University.
