Ghulam Dastgir is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and business development, currently serving as the Head of Operations & Business Development at Jaffer Brothers (Pvt) Limited since April 2017. Ghulam has successfully transformed a conventional trading business into value-added engineering services. Prior to this role, Ghulam worked at Descon as the Incharge of the Projects Construction Division, where a significant increase in the annual turnover from USD 0.2 million to over USD 30 million was achieved. Ghulam's career also includes roles at Optiwave Technologies and Globex Int. Pvt Ltd, highlighting expertise in network installations and fiber optic engineering. Ghulam holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of the Punjab and a BS in Electronics Engineering from BUITEMS, along with additional certifications in team building from Lahore University of Management Sciences.
