Nihar Kumar Bala is an experienced logistics and inventory management professional with a strong background in store operations. Currently serving as the Manager of Store & Inventory and Logistics Operation at Jadroo e-Commerce Ltd. since October 2020, Nihar is responsible for store planning and overseeing inventory activities including the safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of products. With extensive experience at the Army Golf Club in Dhaka since January 2013 and previous roles including Store In Charge at the Embassy of Germany and Assistant Accounts Officer at City Shopping Mall, Nihar has developed expertise in inventory ERP software and accounting processes. Nihar holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Sonargaon University and has completed various professional certifications related to logistics and project management.
