Mark Rosebrock is a Senior Vice President & General Counsel at Jadex Inc., overseeing legal matters for a US-based manufacturing company. Prior to this, Rosebrock held executive legal roles at Element Solutions Inc., Newell Brands, The Coleman Company, Inc., Jarden Corporation, and K2 Inc. Mark also worked as a Corporate Associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. Rosebrock holds a JD from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy & Communications from UC Santa Barbara.
