Noémie Basse is an experienced Senior Fragrances Product Manager at Groupe Bogart since July 2021, leading strategic brand initiatives such as the global relaunch of Ted Lapidus and the creation of a niche fragrance brand. Prior experience includes roles as Product Development Manager for Issey Miyake Fragrances at Shiseido, where project leadership facilitated significant product launches, and at COTY, managing fragrance and body care developments. Earlier experience involved project management for Sephora Collection at LVMH and marketing assistance at Symrise. Noémie holds a Professional Master’s in Perfumes & Cosmetics from ESSEC Business School and has multiple degrees in International Business and Economics.
