Douglas Carley has extensive experience in the construction industry, starting their career as a Project Engineer at Turner Construction Company in April 2002. Douglas then worked as a Project Manager at Layton Construction from December 2004 to December 2011. Currently, they are serving as a Project Manager at Jacobsen Construction, a position they have held since December 2011.

Douglas Carley attended Joel E. Ferris High School from 1986 to 1990, where they pursued general studies. Douglas then pursued a degree in Construction Management at Brigham Young University from 1993 to 1997.
