Luiza Piekarniak is a Senior Design Manager at Jacobs since June 2024, leading project design delivery while ensuring high quality, timely completion, and compliance with client criteria. Luiza also founded Onwards Services, providing coaching and mentoring focused on career innovation and clean energy expertise. Previously, as a Principal Consultant at Isle Utilities, Luiza managed strategic projects, including technology scouting and carbon net zero initiatives, while also serving as a mentor for a cross-company program promoting workplace diversity. Luiza's experience spans various roles, including Senior Technology Consultant and Process Engineer at prominent firms like Isle Utilities and Mott MacDonald. Luiza holds multiple degrees in environmental engineering, including an MPhil from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and an MSc from Szkoła Główna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie.
