Asif Dafedar is a seasoned engineering professional with a robust background in human resources management and engineering practices. Currently serving as a Principal Engineer at Jacobs since October 2024, Asif previously held multiple roles at GS E&C from February 2014 to October 2024, including Certified Human Resources Management Professional and Principal Engineer specializing in SPRD, SP3D administration, and training. Prior experience includes a position as Lead Engineer-L2 at Rolta India Limited from 2007 to 2012. Asif completed a postgraduate degree in operations and human resource management from the Principal L N Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research between 2018 and 2020, and an undergraduate degree in engineering from Sinhagad Technical Education Society's College of Engineering from 2000 to 2003.
