Lilian del Aguila has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lilian started their career in 2003 as a Customer Service representative at FULL PAK PERU BULK CONTAINERS S.A. and later worked in a similar role at CCNI. In 2006, they joined Hamburg Sud where they held various positions including Documentation Assistant, Customer Service Import, and Documentation Manager.
In 2009, Lilian transitioned to Diageo where they started as a Customer Account Manager, then moved on to become a Market Supply Manager and finally a Supply Network Planner. Their responsibilities at Diageo included managing the supply network plan, analyzing planning exceptions, and ensuring customer needs were met.
Lilian's most recent work experience was at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS starting in 2015. Lilian served as the Central Category Planner Tea, responsible for producing tactical finish goods production plans for the Pickwick tea brand. Additionally, they took on the role of Plant Initiative Lead (NPD) where they led projects for the implementation of new products in the Utrecht factory, coordinated tests for new blends and packaging qualification, and managed project planning and coordination.
Lilian del Aguila attended Universidad de San MartÃn de Porres from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration.
