Joana Serpa is an accomplished Global Sourcing Manager Indirects at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS since November 2014. Previous experience includes participating in the MBA Trainee Program at Rabobank in early 2014 and serving as an Energy Technologies Analyst at the European Commission from September 2008 to September 2012. Additionally, Joana undertook a European Bluebook Trainee Program at the European Commission's Directorate General for Energy and Transport in 2007 and worked as a Policy Advisory Trainee at the Ministry for Environment, Spatial Planning and Regional Development in 2006. Joana holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Universidade Nova de Lisboa and has furthered education at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, as well as at DTU - Technical University of Denmark.
