Kaitlyn Flynn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in team management, customer service, and social media engagement. Currently serving as the Contact Center Assistant Manager at VyStar Credit Union since January 2022, Kaitlyn leads a team of over 20 individuals focused on achieving KPI goals while enhancing member experience.
