Brandi Knoepfel is an experienced GIS professional with a diverse background in geospatial analysis and management. Currently serving as the 9-1-1 GIS Coordinator at the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office since August 2022, Brandi has previously held positions including Aeronautical Information Specialist at Leidos and Lockheed Martin, where responsibilities included aeronautical data review and mapping publication updates. At Altamira Technologies Corporation, Brandi provided crucial geospatial technical support for NAVFAC SE, while also acting as a point of contact for Geographic Information and Services. As the CEO and GIS Manager at Tugboat Cartographics, Brandi delivered GIS analysis and custom mapping services to various clients. Brandi's early career included roles that involved emergency response mapping at FEMA and GIS management for Fort Stewart's Environmental Division. Brandi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and a minor in Geographic Information Sciences from Georgia Southern University.
