Avery Champ has work experience in various fields. They started working as an Audio Visual Technician at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) in October 2019 and continued in this role until May 2022. In 2020, Avery joined A Champ Studios as an Audio Engineer and Producer. Currently, Avery works as a Teacher at Jackson Public Schools, starting in August 2022.

Avery Champ completed their Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Recording Arts Technology/Technician at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2019, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Music Teacher Education from Jackson State University. Additionally, Avery received certifications in Dante Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 from Audinate in September 2020.
