Mark Thorne has extensive experience in records management and e-discovery, currently serving as Manager of Records Management & E-Discovery at Jackson since December 2020. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Manager of Service Delivery at Tech Mahindra, where responsibilities included managing an Email Administration team and overseeing a significant Microsoft Exchange Server environment. Mark's career at Jackson National Life spans from 2000 to 2019, progressing from Email Administrator to Senior Email Administrator and ultimately to Manager of Email Administration post-merger. Notable achievements include implementing an effective anti-spam/anti-virus security system that greatly reduced unwanted emails. Education was completed at Belleville Community College.
