Kokila Mummoorthy has extensive work experience in the software development field. Kokila started their career in 1998 as a Software Engineer at IBM Global Business Services, where they worked until 2001. During their time at IBM, they held the role of Software Engineer and contributed to various software development projects. In 2001, they joined Jackson National Life as the Lead of Software Development, where they continue to work.

Kokila Mummoorthy completed their Master of Engineering (MEng) in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they obtained their Masters degree in Computer Science from Bharathidasan University, graduating in 1997.
